Most of our guests stay weeks, not nights. So the price below is the whole stay, with the long-stay discount already taken off.
What you get, in every home
These are the things that decide whether a long stay works. So they're the things we list first, and they're true of all five homes.
- A full kitchen. Oven, hob, fridge-freezer. You can cook properly rather than eat out for six weeks.
- A washing machine in the property. Not a launderette, not a shared utility room.
- Somewhere to work. A table and a chair you can sit at for a full day.
- The whole place to yourself. No shared hallways, no host in the next room.
- Bills and wifi included. One price, no meter, no top-ups.
- Cleaning included in the stay. Not added at checkout.

Rates shown are starting rates and move with demand. The discount is applied to the whole stay once you pass seven or twenty-eight nights.
Booking for someone else?
We work with employers, relocation agents and insurance providers placing people for weeks or months. If you need somewhere we don't cover, say so anyway — we can usually source it through our operator network.
- One invoice. Payment terms by arrangement rather than a card at checkout.
- A named contact. Not a support queue.
- Extensions handled. Placements run over; we'd rather extend than re-book.
