Great accommodation! The host is very available and responsive and is really attentive. The apartment is super clean, and my girlfriend and I are very demanding in terms of cleanliness, but there was no mould or dirt at all in the bathroom or kitchen. High-quality, clean dishes and the same goes for the appliances, and the washing machine and dryer are real pluses! The price is a little higher than the other Airbnbs we had seen, but the service offered is really worth it! We didn't like the neighbourhood very much, but once in the flat we had no connection with the neighbourhood – not a single noise! The location is still very useful. We were happy to be able to go out and have the bus in front of the apartment! I recommend it! Thank you to the host!

Amazing host and great location! My family and I enjoyed this cozy and peaceful studio. The host was very accommodating and responsive whenever we needed anything. It was extremely easy to get to places since there is a bus stop right in front of the building, and there were train stations within very short walking distance. The times we came back late, it felt very safe to walk the streets. We struggled a little with bringing our luggage in/out on check in/check out days with the stairs being a bit steep, but it was manageable. The amenities were great; good cooking, cleaning, washing appliances. We had a great time, and would stay again!

They also let us drop off our luggage early, which was super helpful.the place is in a great location, and the host communicated well and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. The amenities were good too, and they provided coffee and some snacks. The only downside was that it could have been a little cleaner, as there were some stains on the walls. Also, just a heads-up to bring your own shampoo. Overall, we had a good stay!

It was an amazing stay, very convenient located near Wembley stadium which was our main purpose of stay, also good transport links to central London the buses come often as well!! The flat was also beautiful loads of place to hang cloths etc only complaint is the deposit!!

The place was great. Easy to find and really exactly as shown in the photos. The area is lively and offers a wide variety of restaurants. The space is super connected. There are several bus stops, including one right outside the front door, and the train station and a Tube station are just a short 10-minute walk away. Check in and out were hassle-free. The landlord responded quickly and was very friendly and accommodating. Feel free to come back anytime! 😊
Our stay was incredible. The area is very nice and quiet. Lots of local restaurants and convenient stores around to get food and supplies. Very close to the Forest Gate underground stop. Hosts are welcoming and message you to keep you updated. Will definitely be using again the next time I stay in London.
It's a very clean and new place. The facilities in the house, kitchen and bathroom are very good. Transportation is also very easy. We were able to get to many central locations from in front of the house with just one bus.
Apart from there being no room in the bins for us to put rubbish, we had a great stay. Communication is good although you aren’t ever talking to the actual host, you’re talking through a third party - but it’s a great location and a great place to stay :)

There are bus stops nearby, shops are close, and restaurants are a reasonable distance away (about 20 minutes on foot) The accommodation is quiet, with a small garden. It's pleasant. I recommend this accommodation. (Thanks again to the owner. Your responsiveness and help were invaluable to us. Knowing that if we reported a fault in the morning, it would be repaired in the afternoon was perfect.)

This was exactly what you would expect it to be. It is a great place for 5 guests who want a comfortable base of operations with plans of going out. Could not be happier with the apartment considering the cost, it has everything you need. The location leaves a little to be desired, making you take either: - a 15 minute walk to the tube to get into central london - or a bus taking you through the, quite dirty, suburban neighborhood to Stanford within 20 minutes The bedding couch was broken and had a dent on one of the seats, and the extra mattress was quite dirty. Though the bedding couch was still very sufficient for sleep, as long as you use the non-dented side. Onboarding process was extensive but not too cumbersome Overall, it gets a thumbs up from me. Well worth the price 👍

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have work in Kings Cross. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. The hosts were really communicative about a minor issue that came during the stay. Everything was super clean. They had even left oil, salt, pepper etc in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that you have to pay a (fairly large) deposit to secure the property via Unity Stays website, even if you’ve booked in AirBnB.

The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos. It was spotless, stylish, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and local recommendations. The location was perfect and the entire experience felt like staying in a luxury hotel with a personal touch. I would definitely stay here again. Five stars all the way!

It was a pleasant stay in a good location. Bus stops right outside and the Underground 15 minutes walk away. The rooms and toilets were clean. Overall it was good value for money and I would stay at the apartment again.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to both the subway and bus stations, which made getting around London super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, so finding food was never a problem. The neighborhood felt very safe and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay, always responding quickly and helping us solve any issues right away. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely choose this place again next time we visit London!

Had a perfect stay here. Didn’t use the amenities but they were all available just wanted to use it as a sleeping stop as had such a full itinerary to do in York. 30 minute walk into York which was perfect as parking in York is very expensive. Would recommend for like minded breaks. Host was very attentive and replied to all our questions Feedback was very quick.
Our experience here has been fantastic. The communication was excellent—incredibly fast and responsive throughout our stay. We encountered a minor issue with the alarm system resetting itself, but the host addressed and resolved it within minutes. We are also extremely happy with the location; using Uber to get around was seamless, with fares averaging only about £6 per trip. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for my 24th birthday with my friends and genuinely had such a good time. York is already such a vibe but the flat made it even better - it was really clean and felt properly looked after, not like some places where you arrive and it's a bit meh. We went full medieval theme for the birthday (when in York right) and the host was so helpful in the run up, always replied quickly which I really appreciated because I was stressing about everything lol. Check-in was dead easy too, no issues at all. Honestly just a really smooth trip from start to finish. Sometimes you book somewhere and just hope for the best but this was genuinely lovely. Would come back for sure 🏰

Decent place for 2 nights with friends, the location is quite close to Stratford and there is a tube stop 10 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need including an iron and hairdryer. The living room is spacious. Another chair would be a bonus in the kitchen. The tv is nice and big which is nice. The bedrooms were cosy and beds were comfortable. Easy to find and check in.

The whole apartment smells good and makes you feel happy.The environment is quiet, which gives me a good night's sleep.There is a coffee shop in the lobby on the ground floor, and there is a large Chinese supermarket on the left after leaving the building.Tesco, Sainsbury, and subway stations are within a 5-minute walk.Life and travel are very convenient.Reception is staffed 24 hours.

I stayed in this house in the Newham area of London, and I must say that it is very large and spacious, with excellent accessibility: everything is on one level, without stairs, so it is really convenient to move around freely. I found several useful products available, a very appreciated detail, especially when you have just arrived in the city and are not yet equipped with everything. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to par: I found hair, dust and even the vacuum cleaner left dirty, with the rubbish inside not emptied. In addition, the fire alarm emitted an annoying beep every two minutes, present day and night, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, the accommodation has great potential for comfort and location, but attention to cleanliness and maintenance should be improved.

It was our great family stay at the property. The space is very spacious, secure and nicely maintained. I definitely and highly recommend the host and the property anyone who is aspire to visit / stay in London. The bus stop is very close by and underground / train station is at a walkable distance. There are grocery stores, halal restaurants and other stores available near by this property.

The space was exactly as shown in the pictures, the perfect accommodation for my birthday plans! Very spacious, easy to get to as it’s not far from Stratford and Forest Gate, and lots of shops nearby. The host was responsive from the get go and did everything they could to make my birthday special, I will definitely be staying again!
I, 100% recommend this place! The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The place is very spacious and it has its own backyard as well. I’ve asked for an iron and they even bought a new one with iron board. The shops are few blocks away and the stratford station is just one bus away. Everything seems accessible. The accommodation is as shown in the photos but is not suitable in terms of facilities for a stay for 6 people. There is no storage for clothes, no table and chair for eating, just two high stools and a bar counter. I'm still giving it a satisfactory number of stars because we were able to enjoy it and the owner was responsive. Note: very noisy location and surprising deposit system.

We really enjoyed staying here and the place itself was lovely. It was perfect for what we needed for a little get away with friends! Only downsides was it’s on a busy road and there’s a lot of sirens, also the blinds wasn’t blackout so we struggled with how light it got early hours from streetlights and sunrise. The latch on the shower head was broken from the start but we just used it as a flexible one instead. There was no fairy liquid or bin bags so we had to buy our own. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we’d happily stay there again!

Good access to the underground. Bathroom very worn. Kitchen smelled musty. Terrace very unkempt. For the reasons mentioned, the flat was too expensive.
The home was overall very comfortable to stay in and easy to find, in a good neighbourhood. The house was well cleaned aside from a small amount of clutter in the garden.

Flat was what we needed for trip to O2. Four beds and fifth bed is an airbed. Could have done with lockbox code and parking instructions to be communicated before our arrival but these were missing from pre-arrival info. Good communication otherwise and flat was clean and tidy. Thanks
Over all a good stay, there was a few things that were damaged at the property mostly small cosmetic things but the shower head holder was broken which was inconvenient. But over all worth the money and didnt effect the stay massively.

The unit is on the ground floor with access to a lovely backyard. We had an issue with the smoke alarm, but the caretaker responded very quickly, which we appreciated. The kitchen was somewhat dirty, and some appliances were rusty and may need replacing, though overall it was well equipped.

We doubt that the sofa beds offer enough space for 6 people, especially if they are adults. The curtains were supposed to be blackout, but they weren't. There would also be a workspace. However, we have not seen it, unless it should be the dining table. Just a day before arrival we were told that we had to pick up the key at another location, 15 minutes walk away - one way. With luggage, it's not funny. The air conditioning didn't work so we had to sleep with the windows open. There was good communication about this during the stay. It is a good location in West, two minutes walk from metro station North Acton (so not Acton Town as the ad indicates). From N.A. you can quickly reach White City and, for example, Notting Hill Gate stations for other metro lines.

A good sized and well equipped ground floor flat. Four beds and lots of space. Kitchen and bathroom both good. A little worn/dirty in hidden spots, but certainly not a problem. It is located on an unadopted road on a converted back garden location. The surrounding area could put some off / feel unsafe (it's fairly run-down in places) - however in practice it seemed to be an area with an active community and the nearby shopping streets had lots of fresh food etc. If you're used to cities then I wouldn't let it put you off. The owner was good at communicating and checked in (by message) to make sure everything was ok.
