Short work trips

For a few nights, tell us the site, arrival time and whether the traveller needs parking or a walkable base. The smallest suitable home may be more useful than a generic city-centre result.

Weekly placements

For a placement measured in weeks, add kitchen, laundry, workspace and extension requirements. The whole-stay price and the booking engine's live total matter more than a headline nightly rate.

Business travel outside our homes

Send the town or postcode even when it is not in the catalogue. We will tell you whether a sourced option can be found rather than presenting a location page as a live listing.

Plan around the person and the place.

Start with the work address, not the city label. Give us the building or site postcode, dates, arrival and departure times, number of people, separate beds, parking and the maximum commute. If a company is paying, include the invoicing contact and any booking terms your team needs.

Yes. Company, agency and individual enquiries are welcome. Send the brief first so the correct home, price and booking route can be confirmed.

Do you offer business accommodation everywhere in the UK?

We publish the homes currently available to compare and can check other UK locations on request. A sourced option is only confirmed after its property details, price and availability are checked.

Can a business stay be extended?

Ask as soon as the programme changes. We can check an extension against the same home or source another option, but unconfirmed dates are never promised.
