A place for your next chapter.

Explore our listed homes, or send a brief for a stay elsewhere in the UK. Work trips, relocations and longer stays start with the same things: the right location, beds and dates.

Our home locations

These are the locations where Unity Stays currently has homes published for direct booking. Open a location to compare the actual homes, sleeping arrangements, honest caveats and booking routes.

What happens when your town is not listed?

We do not turn a sourcing request into a pretend listing. Instead, send the work site or postcode, dates, people, separate beds, bedrooms, parking and budget. We can then check our operator network for a suitable stay and come back with a real property, real terms and a real availability answer.

That makes this page useful for contractors, project teams, relocation stays, insurance placements and other longer bookings where the address matters. If you already know the site, start with the postcode. If you are still comparing options, tell us the towns, the maximum commute and whether the team can drive.

Area guides for our published homes

These local guides add context around the homes we actually publish. Open one to see the area's work and travel questions alongside the property's real facts.

Build a brief that can be answered

Location and travel

Give us the full work postcode, site or gate, not only a city name. Add start and finish times, maximum commute, secondary sites and whether public transport is realistic with tools or equipment.

Beds and rooms

Tell us the number of people, separate beds and bedrooms. Say who can share, whether the group needs the whole property and whether accessibility, pets or a workspace changes the search.

Vehicles and budget

List every vehicle, its type and height, whether parking is needed and the weekly budget for the group. We will confirm the proposed property's parking, price and booking terms before you decide.

How sourcing works

  1. You send the dates, location and practical requirements through the enquiry form.
  2. We check what can be offered through the Unity Stays and operator network.
  3. We return a suitable option only when its address, sleeping arrangements, parking, price and availability have been checked.
  4. You decide whether the confirmed proposal works. An enquiry does not reserve a home.
Do you have a Unity Stays home in every location shown?

No. The six links under Our home locations point to published Unity Stays homes. The contractor destination guides are request-led sourcing pages; they do not claim a Unity Stays property or live availability in that town.

Can you look beyond the locations in the guides?

Yes. Use the location field to name any UK town, county or postcode. Include the same practical detail and we will tell you whether the requirement can be sourced.

Not on the list? Still ask.

Tell us the town or postcode, dates, people, separate beds, bedrooms, parking and budget. We can check the requirement with our operator network and let you know whether a suitable stay can be sourced. No property or availability is promised until confirmed.
