Tell us what you need, anywhere in the UK.

Tell us where you need to stay, who is coming and what matters. We will check our listed homes or ask our operator network for suitable options.

What happens next. We confirm the property, availability, full price and terms before you decide. Your contact details are not passed to another operator before we have spoken to you.

Your accommodation brief

Required fields are labelled. You can leave optional details blank.

Use your expected dates. Tell us in the notes if they are flexible, weekdays only, or likely to extend.

For example, four people might need four separate beds in two twin rooms. Say in the notes if sofa beds or double-bed sharing are acceptable.

We use this to answer your enquiry and nothing else. See our privacy notice.

Why we ask for all of it

The thing that settles a work stay is usually not the city. It is whether the van can be left somewhere, whether four people each get a door they can shut, and what the whole thing costs by the time it is finished.

So the form asks for the things that actually decide it. Send it once and you should not have to answer the same questions twice.

If it is one of ours

We have five: a studio in Islington N1, a two-bed in Hendon NW4, a two-bed in Forest Gate E7, a two-bed in Salford, and a three-bed house in Heworth, York. You can compare them and work out a total before you send anything.
