Price the whole stay
Ask for the total that applies to the actual dates and headcount, not only a nightly headline. Confirm cleaning, required extras, payment timing and what happens if the stay extends.
A weekly group budget lets a provider tell you whether the brief is realistic. Keep the price comparison tied to the same beds, parking and facilities.
Test everyday living
Check separate beds, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, workspace, storage, privacy, pets and accessibility. For a multi-week stay, these are part of the accommodation rather than optional decoration.
Read the home page's caveats. If a home has an exception, it should be part of your decision before booking.
Plan the exit and extension
Give the committed dates and the likely end date. Ask when an extension must be requested, whether the same home can continue and what happens if the project finishes early.
Keep arrival, checkout and contact details with the person staying. A long stay is easier when the booking handoff is clear from the start.
