Describe every vehicle
State the number of cars, vans or other vehicles, plus type and height where relevant. Tell us whether tools or equipment remain inside and whether secure, gated or on-site parking is required.
If vehicles arrive and leave at different times, say so. A shared or tight arrangement may not suit a team that works staggered shifts.
Describe the access problem
Tell the provider about height barriers, narrow entrances, loading needs, overnight parking, permits and whether a vehicle must stay at the accommodation during the day. The street name alone cannot answer those questions.
If parking is not needed, say that too. Removing an unnecessary constraint can widen the options and make public transport or a walkable base viable.
Check the confirmed arrangement
Ask for the exact number of spaces, whether they are reserved, how access works and whether any permit or charge applies. For street parking, ask what is actually confirmed rather than treating availability as guaranteed.
Add parking to the written booking brief so the arrangement is part of what you are accepting.
